A new logistic park in Rouen

Faubourg Promotion, investor and developer of logistic areas, subsidiary of IDEC Group, is launching a new logistic park representing 100 000 m² of warehouses on Port of Rouen territory. Environment and multimodality are at the heart of this project.
The park will be developped on "Rouen Vallee de Seine Logistique" (RVSL), the quayside logistic zone of the Port of Rouen. It will consist in warehouses for dry products and also for reefer products.
The industrial dynamism of the Port of Rouen, as well as the proximity of the main commercial area in Europe (Paris) has attracted particularly Faubourg Promotion which is already an important actor all over France.
This new logistic area will be directly linked to the shipping lines calling at Rouen, as well as to barges going to Port of Le Havre container terminals or to Paris Terminals.
